Prices

Stands are either 1.8m x 1.2m (6ft Trestle Table and 2 chairs supplied). £97 or 1.2m x 1.2m (3ft Trestle Table and 2 chairs supplied) £47
Vehicles - display vehicles outside - £30 per vehicle
Power Points - if you require an electrical power point on your stand an additional charge of £10 is required. (to be requested on booking)
Advertisement in goodie bag only £30
Show Guide Advertising from £40 for 1/4 Page Ad +

Exhibitor FAQs

Exhibitor Access to the Hall from 9 am (1 hour 45mins Set up time)
Fair opening Times 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
Pack Down from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm (pack down prior to 3:00 pm will not be permitted)
Exhibitor Stand will include:
- 6ft Trestle Table or 3ft Trestle Table (if requested) (No Tablecloth)
- 2 Chairs (if requested)
- Complementary Tea and Coffee
- Social Media Marketing
- 1 Blog post (Copy to be supplied by vendor) - 6FT stands
- Advertisement in Goodie bag (Material to be supplied prior to Fair)
- Member of our Exhibitor WhatsApp Group to connect with fellow exhibitors and networking opportunities before the event.
All Stands will be allocated by Vows & Views Wedding Fairs. We will try to accommodate any special requirements (to be requested upon booking).
